• To protect your reservation rights, the name on the booking must match the person checking in. Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented upon check-in for verification and registration.
• Check-in time for Imperial/Deluxe rooms is from 4:00 PM. Please check in according to hotel regulations. If you cannot check in on time, please notify the hotel in advance by phone.
• Check-out time for all room types is before 11:00 AM.
• Extra Person Charges: Children between 90cm and 110cm will be charged a cleaning fee of NT$150 for breakfast and NT$150 for dinner. Guests over 110cm will be charged NT$1,000 (includes breakfast and amenities) or NT$1,500 (includes breakfast, dinner, and amenities). (Extra bed service is available for select room types.)• To ensure the quality of accommodation, a deposit of NT$3,000 or a valid credit card authorization (card number and expiration date) is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded or released upon check-out after confirming that there is no smoke odor, cigarette butts, or damage to the room.
• Please inform our reservation staff of your desired arrival date and the number of guests. The staff will take down your details and send a Reservation Authorization Form via fax or email. This form secures your booking rights; please sign and return it before the specified deadline. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation without further notice.
• Room availability is limited. We recommend planning ahead and booking early to ensure a smooth vacation.
• All room rates are based on double occupancy (2 persons). If the number of guests on arrival does not match the reservation, an extra person charge of NT$1,000 (includes breakfast and amenities) or NT$1,500 (includes breakfast, dinner, and amenities) per person will apply.

• When booking through our online reservation system, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to secure your room and the online rate.
