Reservation Notice

• Please kindly tell the staff the desired accommodation date and the number of guests, then our staff will ask for basic reservation information and fax or mail the reservation authorization letter to you. The purpose of the reservation authorization letter is to ensure the customer's reservation rights. Please send the letter back before the deadline after confirming; failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation without further notice.
• Each room style is limited, please plan and reserve as early as possible to ensure a smooth and happy trip.

• For guests who use the reservation system online have to agree to pay 30% price of the room reserved to ensure the right of reserve the room and price online.
• Payment will be deducted from your credit card account as soon as the reservation transaction is completed online
• If any changes need to be made after successful reservation online, please call the reservation office 04-22399000 during office hours for alterations.
• Each room style is limited, please plan and reserve as early as possible to ensure a smooth and happy trip.

• The receipt for the coupon has already been issued. The coupon is meant to be used at once and cannot be used separately. No receipt will be issued upon using the coupon.
• The coupon cannot be converted into cash or used along with other discounts or events.
• The coupon is a kind of bearer security and should be presented upon usage. The coupon will not be reissued for any lost, stolen or damaged reasons.
• For any changes of room style or plan, the difference between the coupons' room style and the desired room style or plan should be paid. The price of the room style or plan is in accordance to the price on the accommodation date.

• The deposit for reservation is 30% of the total quote. During Spring festival the deposit for reservation is 100% of the total quote.
• Only cash/remittance/credit card payment is accepted

• Cancellation 10-13 days prior to the accommodation date will result in a 70% refund of the deposit
• Cancellation 7-9 days prior to the accommodation date will result in a 50% refund of the deposit
• Cancellation 4-6 days prior to the accommodation date will result in a 40% refund of the deposit
• Cancellation 2-3 days prior to the accommodation date will result in a 30% refund of the deposit
• Cancellation 1 day prior to the accommodation date will result in a 20% refund of the deposit
• Cancellation on the day of accommodation will result in no refund of the deposit

Natural Disasters:
Upon uncontrollable factors such as typhoon or earthquakes, rescheduling or cancelling will be in accordance to the notices issued by the government regarding traffic and weather condition the Taichung area. Please contact the reservation office within 7 days of the uncontrollable event for rescheduling or cancelling. If the rescheduling standard is met, the reservation can be preserved for 3 months.
